Dean Strong is an author, minister and chaplain.  In addition to serving currently as a pastor, he hosts a weekly devotional radio program entitled “Message Minutes”.    Among his published written works are:  A Bible and A Badge, Strong’s Common Man Commentary on Jude, Jesus Jump Start, and numerous articles in various magazines.

His vocational experience list is a varied one.  Because he has served as a pastor, teacher, youth leader, police officer and a corrections officer.  He is a commissioned Community Service Chaplain and member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.  In addition to that he is a member of the Lion’s Club International and his local Kiwanis Club.

Dean Strong received his MA degree from the Cincinnati Seminary in Ohio.  He earned a BS degree from Lee University in Tennessee.  And previously he had also graduated from Northwest Bible College in North Dakota with an AA degree.  Additionally he holds a teaching diploma from the Evangelical Teacher Training Association.  He is a graduate of Tates Creek High School in Lexington, Kentucky.

Reverend Strong has been honorarily awarded a Doctorate (h.c.) from United Faith Ministries.  And he is listed in Who’s Who in American Law Enforcement.
